Hello everyone!


We would like to remind and inform you that there is an event briefing this Saturday, 11 July 2009, 9am. The briefing will be held at LT1, National Junior College, 37 Hillcrest Road Singapore 288913.

Buses available: 66, 67, 74, 151, 154, 157, 156, 170, 171, 174, 540, 645, 852, 961
Nearest MRT station: Newton

As our side gate will be closed on Saturdays, please stop at our main gate bus stop.(check the map under Registrations tab)


Note (if you are not sure which stop to alight at): If you are taking the bus along Dunearn Road, please alight at the "Opp. Chinese High School" stop, awhile before that stop you should be able to see Nanyang Girls' and the NJC red side gate. If you are taking the bus along Bukit Timah Road, please alight at the "Chinese High school" stop, one stop after Hwa Chong.

During this briefing, we will be covering the event race style, rules and regulations etc, and not to forget, collecting the registration fees for our event! (: Event participants can also ask us any questions regarding details that you are unclear about on the event day.


Thus, please remember to bring:

1. Registration fees ($100 for early bird teams; $120 for normal teams). A gentle reminder that if any of your team members have decided to withdraw or are unfit for the event, there will be no refund as all logistical costs have already been taken into account for all registered participants.

2. All your team members if possible, as we hope that everyone fully understands our event procedures and it will also be inconvenient if you took the wrong size for your shirt! ;D

3. Your personal thermometers! MOE precautionary measures have made this obligatory.

On a final note, we will have ushers stationed at the main gate bus stop, main gate and along the way to our briefing venue so just approach any one of our ushers if you are lost (: Let's all have some fun, since exams are over!! :D SEE YOU on Sat

GOOD NEWS EVERYONE! Early-bird registration has been extended to next Monday (25/5). This is to make up for downtime caused by the host of the website, which has caused inconvenience to interested people who want to register but cannot. Hurry and sign up now!
